Our expertise comes together across the entire value chain—from the first customer conversation and on-site building capture to the continuous development of the LumoScanner, our building data platform, and the LumoApp for data acquisition.
Our team combines technical, operational, and commercial perspectives. At Lumoview, professionals from information technology, software engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, measurement technology, architecture, urban and regional planning, as well as operations, marketing, sales, finance, and business development work side by side.
This multidisciplinary approach enables us to combine deep technical expertise with practical implementation—from capturing buildings in the field to delivering actionable digital building data.

Customers: From building capture to delivery
Our Customer Success team plans, coordinates, and manages building digitization projects from initial data capture through to final delivery. Acting as the central link between customers, field operations, and product teams, they ensure projects run smoothly and deliver value from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and managing building capture projects
- End-to-end ownership of customer projects
- Quality assurance (QA/QC) of measurement data and deliverables
- Translating customer requirements into internal processes and product improvements
- Ensuring on-time delivery and proactive expectation management
- Driving customer satisfaction and project success
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Providing feedback to product teams for continuous improvement

Hardware: continuously advancing the LumoScanner
Our Hardware team is responsible for the ongoing development of the LumoScanner—the technology that enables fast and accurate indoor building capture. This is where much of our innovation begins.

✓ Maintaining our technological edge in sensing and measurement technologies
Software & AI: Turning capture data into actionable building data
Our Software & AI team develops the digital infrastructure behind Lumoview, including the LumoCloud building data platform and the LumoApp used during the capture process.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing our AI-powered tools
- Expanding and improving the LumoCloud platform
- Advancing the LumoApp and measurement workflows

Sales & Marketing: making building digitization accessible
Our Sales & Marketing team helps customers understand and adopt digital building capture and analysis. They communicate the value of our technology across industries, use cases, and customer groups.
